Será realizada pelos condomínios ou por proprietários dos prédios residenciais, comerciais sob sua responsabilidade.

Esta vistoria inclui estruturas, fachadas, empenas, marquises, telhados e obras de contenção de encostas bem como todas as suas instalações.
